At My Halo Mist™, we take pride in creating high-quality luxury hair fragrances. Due to the personal nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened, used, or tested products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@halomistco.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Opened or used products
- Products purchased and disliked due to personal fragrance preference
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Orders reported outside the required notification period
